Parity and memorization
Fix parity with the Ra-perm, and remember the letters as words.
Keyboard: Enter to continue, ← to go back. Keep your hands on the cube.

If you have an odd number of edge letters, you have parity. After the edges, before the corners, do the Ra-perm: R U’ R’ U’ R U R D R’ U’ R D’ R’ U2 R’ U’. Then do the corners as usual.
To remember the letters, group them in pairs and turn them into words or images: “BL” becomes “blue”, “MA” becomes “map”. Link the images into a little story.
Memorize the edges first, then the corners, and repeat the sequence twice before putting on the blindfold.
Start with your eyes open, without looking at the cube during the solve. Once it works 3 times in a row, put on the blindfold.
Remember: In competition, a success counts more than a fast time: take your time to memorize properly.
Troubleshooting
- I forget the end of the memo
- Repeat the sequence under your breath during the solve, before each letter.
- Two edges and two corners are swapped
- That’s parity: check that you counted the edge letters correctly.
