Some two-handed algorithms are a pain one-handed. You replace them with versions that use mostly R and U, even if they’re a bit longer.

For example, the two-handed Ua-perm is M2 U M U2 M’ U M2. One-handed, R U’ R U R U R U’ R’ U’ R2 is preferred: it only contains R and U.

Sune (R U R’ U R U2 R’) and the T-perm stay very good one-handed. Keep them as they are.

Remember: Only change an algorithm if it really bothers you one-handed. The fewer algorithms you have to remember, the better.

Troubleshooting

I mix up the two versions
Review the one-handed versions in separate sessions, one-handed only.
My M moves are impossible
That’s normal one-handed: prefer the R and U versions.
